I'm following instructions to create an 8vb instead of 8va smart shape, but the 8vb doesn't apply!

Thanks for responding, Jeff! I was following the steps in the manual exactly, but discovered that if you select "all" in the expression menu the 8vb symbol shows up! So I'm good...thanks again!!!!
