Hi guys,
Does anyone know the best/any way to get to speak with Garritan Customer Service department? Having purchased the 'next to useless' CFX Lite, I've spent the last couple of weeks trying to deal with tech support who've closed off my problem as 'solved' when it's far from it as far as I'm concerned.
Consequently, I need to contact the Customer Service team that, in theory, is in a better position to resolve it.

I've read a lot of complaints about the NO SOUND issue with CFX LITE and customer/tech support never addressed the problem. I just bought CFX Lite which is useless because of this problem. Had I known that this expensive software is junk, I would not have bought a non-returnable product. WE SHOULD WARN FUTURE BUYERS NOT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT BY POSTING ABOUT THIS ON GARRITAN'S FACEBOOK PAGE.
