Why not talk to the JetStream people?

JetStream for Finale is currently completely free - and is meant to work with the Stream Deck® series of button pads.

Their latest release states there are 1000+ shortcuts/actions at this point. 

...and 500+ Keyboard Maestro actions (Mac Only). I don't know if there is a Windows equivalent.

It is amazing... designed by Finale users...  Incredible time saver for sure.

I believe you can even customize the JetStream layouts if you wish to really dig into the StreamDeck software.

You can use it on a phone or tablet, but the Elgato Stream Deck starts at about $150.
