I first bought Finale many years ago, entered tons of scores into it.

I am trying to install it into a new computer, but it refuses to accept the password I have saved in my password manager. I clicked "forgot my password" to have them send me a link to reset it --but nothing has arrived in my inbox.

This is the password I have had for more than 20 years --doesn't like that one. I also tried another password I've gotten since then --nope.

It makes no sense at all that MakeMusic wouldn't have my email / password in their database. I have had Finale installed on all computers for decades --with that 20 year old password and email.

Migrating from Windows 11 to Windows 11. Version 27 to Version 27.

correction: this is the EMAIL I have had for more than twenty years, so there's no reason they wouldn't have it in their database.
