Your screen shot dialog box - Page Format for Score - contains the default format settings for new pages/systems.

Already existing pages/systems will not - automatically - be affected if you change the settings.

This is by design, and what users have requested.

From your description I suspect that you - manually - formatted the first four pages (as you need them), and that, from page 5 and onwards Finale created new pages using the (old) default settings in Page Format for Score (which you do not need).

Since the first four pages have the formatting you need, you should edit the default settings in Page Format for Score - so that, from now on, all new pages/systems will get the formatting you need.

To do so, consider selecting

Page Layout menu > Update Page Format for Score

When {Update Page Format for Score} is selected, edits to existing pages/systems will automatically be updated in {Update Page Format for Score}.

Then, you can go to an already existing page with the formatting you need, and make a {no change} edit:

Change one of the values to anothe value.

Then, change the value back to what it was (not via Undo!).

The other default formatting settings - which you did not edit - will get updated, too.

Remember to de-select {Update Page Format for Score} when you are done.

To update the already existing pages/systems with the new settings:

Page Layout Tool.

Page Layout menu > Redefine Pages > All Pages of Current Part/Score
