I'm on Finale 25.5 (Mac- Yosemite 10.10.5 and using a Razer gaming mouse.  I have programmed  a keymap for numbers 1-8 for shortcuts. 

Is there a way to program another keymap (for example: keymap 2) for more shortcuts?   It's a great time-saver. I'd like to be able to use more shortcuts.

On a Mac, you can create shortcuts in the Keyboard Control Panel.

After bumping up to Finale 27 and running an M1, Ventura 13.5,  I can't use the razer thumb buttons anymore.  Is it Finale or is it Razer?

Do the thumb buttons work with other apps? Have you checked Razer for an updated driver? 

You might just need a different mouse.

I just uploaded a new driver- The thumb keys work now with the finale 1 through 8 keys (implode, explode, etc.) but that is all.  The side keys don't work with anything else, finale or otherwise.  I will try a different mouse and let you know.  Thank you for your quick response.

As the MacOS has evolved, 3rd party mouse drivers have changed as have Key utilities. I wish I could point you in the exact right direction but there are many variables. I'd start with finding the drivers that have RAZOR support. You might try contacting RAZOR directly, too.
