Does anyone know if there is a public listing of Finale users by geography? I would like to hire a knowledgeable nearby user who I could hire to come to my home an give advice/instruction.

No such animal, as far as I know. Your best bet would be to give us your location, and see if anyone responds.
On the other hand, with Zoom and similar platforms, it might not be necessary. Please give us an idea of your user level and what you want to learn. Are you a total beginner and want help getting started, or an intermediate user with specific questions?
