I downloaded Finale 27 and updated my ARIA Engine to 1.967.  In Score Manager, when I'm working on a piece of music sent to me by someone who has Finale 27, I get the  message that "This session was made for ARIA 1.967. You have ARIA 1.959." When I go to the MakeMusic.com site to download the latest version of ARIA Player, the 1.967 version is not listed, and the highest version that appears is 1.959.  I can't find a download for ARIA Player online, so I'm completely stuck--unable to work in Finale 27 for the past 4 days.  Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated--Thanks, A.M.

The link to the ARIA Engine Update that you provided only allows me to load the Engine, not the Player.  To load ARIA Player, that same link instructs me to go to Garritan.com and find downloads under My Account.  All it shows is how to download Finale 27 again, which I've done about 6 times now, without it getting straightened out.  I was also directed by Arin on the MakeMusic customer service to go to a Plogue website to download the ARIA Player 1.967, but the link wouldn't open.  Any other suggestions? -- Thanks for your time in this matter, Anna

I'm having a similar issue. I also tried downloading the Finale installer that has, in theory, the latest Garritan/Aria apps as well. But after installing the Garritan portion (not the Finale app itself),  no luck.

 

I've also submitted a tech support request.

For James Mironchik:  I finally got everything straightened out after talking to a specialist at Plogue.  Although there is a message that says that the ARIA "player" needs to be reloaded, I've been advised that there is no such thing as a separate "player" that is not part of the "engine."  Here is the link for properly loading ARIA 1.967:

Wow 3 years ago ARIA 1.967.

Today 07-18-24  And I'm getting this? Just Upgraded to windows 11 Pro with new computer 64gb ram 4tb ssd Clean Install. Why am Getting this? Please Help Also this Links doesn't work.. This --->http://ariaengine.com/support/aria-engine-update/

Try looking at the ARIA on-line manual. The solution is there.
