I'm trying to find the Advanced Tools palette but all help answers tell me to look in the Windows dialog box. It is not there. I am using Finale PrintMusic 2014 on  Windows 10

Welcome to the forum!

 

As Far As I Know, the Advanced Tools palette is in the “full Finale” only, not available in PrintMusic.

You may be looking in the wrong manual (for Finale) - or you are looking in the correct manual (for PrintMusic) which has an error, wrongfully copy/pasted from the Finale manual.

Peter is correct. No Special Tools in PrintMusic.
