slur doesn't delete m196 page 14

No, we can’t see anything.

Are you sure they are slurs, not ties? Are you in the same layer as the slur? If the notes that are slurred are in layer one, they won’t select and delete if you are in layer two.

One thing to try:

Selection Tool.

Double-click the slur that you can not delete.

Finale will take you to the tool/measure where it was created, and select it so that you can delete it.

Rather than “2..6” you probably mean “26”.

There is a free maintenance update to v26.3.

Could not hurt to try it.
