How do I change the staff size of multiple staves applying to a whole page? Not space between staves.

I tried Respace Staves but it only gives me control over the space between staves. I successfully did it a few months ago with my template, but one of the pages (pg 6-) of the project I'm working on (taken from that template) doesn't match the staff size of the rest of the pages (pg 1-5).

I would make a copy of the file, then try running redefine pages. Another option, with the page layout tool, copy the layout parameters used on page 5, to page 6.
