Is there a way to change all the bar lines (e.g. from normal to double)? It seems I have to do it individually and it takes a lot of time. I'm on Finale 25.

Just drag-select the measures where you want to change the barlines (or select any whole staff by clicking to the left of it) > right-click > Barlines > choose what you want

Generally, to apply Measure Attributes to a region of measures:

Select all the measures in the region.

Open the Measure Attributes.

It will be displayed in the top of the Measure Attributes, what region is selected.

The changes you are about to make, will apply to the selected region.
