I use Finale 25 with an HP computer.

The problem is with a large orchestral score saved on my desktop. When I played it today, only the timpani and harp parts sounded. It's worked in the past, the mute buttons are not on, the speaker volume is up, and other scores play just fine. Any suggestions? Thanks.
