replacing standard slurs with dashed ones

is anyone aware of a way to batch convert standard slurs into dashed ones?
I need to that but no plug-in seems to be able to do that...
it will take hours, even days to that by hand in many big documents with lots of pages... ;(

I do not know if you need to upgrade to 27 first or if everything you need is in 25.

thanks, seems like it could do that indeed- but I never used finale script...

I tried to start editing an existing script but it didn't work, maybe someone knows how to correct it?

this is what I made up (somewhat naive of course...):

//start Finale script
process current doc
search "slur" replace "dashed slur"
//end Finale script
