I believe that it is a Finale error message. I've already rolled back so I can't reproduce it. I can't believe that Microsoft would have a lyric error msg.
I am having the same exact issue. Looks like I'm rolling back till there is a patch.
I have three monitors. Changing which monitor is my main display enabled the partially hidden menu to re-center.
