As Far As I Know, you can have Finale authorized on two computers. It has been like that for many years.
Using the Graphics Tool to “Export Pages” as PDF seems to give me truly Black-and-White PDF files. At least this works in the Mac version of Finale v25. I do not know about the Windows version.
