My fonts are working this morning! I don't know what is different but I saw the font packages and downloaded them and they seem to be working fine!

Mike - Thank you. I will try your suggestion.I guess I was just too anxious to remember to get the person's name. He directed me - it was all pretty obvious. I'll let you know how this goes. Rebecca

My operating system is MAC, "Big Sur." My system was wiped because of a hack. I believed I was being helped and that I had finished the installation. Now I find I can't write or retrieve any music.
