Wasn't .FTM the Windows template suffix? Or did Mac use it as well? I don't remember.

Susan, Change the at to @ and the dot to . and leave out the spaces! I do it that way so the evil bots don’t pick it up.

Has it worked in the past? You might also go to your Finale account, and download a fresh copy.
