… I can't turn existing grace notes back into normal notes … In Simple, on a Mac, Option-G will toggle a note between a grace note and a normal one. In Windows, try ALT-G.

Although 2014 will run in 10.12, there are problems. This is one of them. I'd suggest you upgrade to F25, which I think is a free upgrade.

It’s in the Instrument list portion of Score Manager. You open the drop-down with the triangles, same as ever.
