Are you setting your Simple Entry default tuplet to three 16ths in the space of two 16ths? Is this happening in a new default file?
What happens if you use OPT-click to paste the measure?
Is this in all documents? What are you doing at the time of the crash? More details would help.
Yes, but it’s just a single keystroke; CMD (or CTRL)- U Do you have Automatic Update Layout selected in your Preferences?
Have you tried Update Layout?
Use the Page Layout tool to see if the bordering boxes for each staff are too large. You can adjust them, there.
