Finale 25 and 26 support Rewire. Synch'ing with a DAW is the easiest way I know to accomplish this. Focus on the end result, not on how you think it should work.

No. Finale 2014 is 32 bit. Finale 25 and the new 26 require a 64 bit OS. Windows 7 and up can be installed either 32 or 64 bit.
