Hello

 

I have recently migrated from a PC to a Mac.  When I want to extract pats, I get the message "Error occured.  ID = 1".  Can anyone help, as i urgently need to print parts for an upcoming concert.

The full message is 

While attempting to access “~TemporarySaveFile~.zip” the File Manager reported an error.

Finale - Error occurred. ID = -1

This is not a Finale error. It's an OS error telling you that you can't save to a particular folder--in this case, the archive you migrated your files from (xxxxx.zip is the clue).   

 

Create a folder on your hard drive to save your files to and you should be ok.
