I recently purchased the finale update. i went through the update process, and its says that you do not have my serial number on file of Finale 2012. How do fix this!!!

It sounds like you may have received the automated message for versions 2012 and earlier if you selected technical support on our phone queues. I've opened a case with you so we can look into where your serial number is registered. I'm guessing we have it under an alternate email address.
