I recently purchased the finale update. i went through the update process, and its says that you do not have my serial number on file of Finale 2012. How do fix this!!!

If your account with Finale doesn't show the purchase, contact tech support. They will have to straighten it out.

I purchased Finale v25 two days ago and am unable to download. What could be the problem?

What happens when you try to download? Are you on Mac or Windows?

i called tech support the redirected me to this chat. How do i get a better hold of them?

Trevor, I would call them back and raise hell. This is a user forum, and we have no access to serial numbers.

Did you go to your account through the Finale website? That should show any purchases you've made.

Sorry I can't be more helpful.

i did and it showed that no product was registered under this account. the only thing i can think of is deaurthorzing it on my old computer.

I don't think deauthorizing it will help. But, take a look at "About Finale" or whatever it's called on your system on your old computer. You should get a screen that shows the serial number.

Hi Trevor,

It sounds like you may have received the automated message for versions 2012 and earlier if you selected technical support on our phone queues. I've opened a case with you so we can look into where your serial number is registered. I'm guessing we have it under an alternate email address.
