I don’t recall that font being included with Finale. Anyway, a quick Google for *Poor Richard font* returned a page of hits. After you install the font on your computer, it will be available to use...

I'm not sure what you mean. Can you give us more details, please? Computer platform and version?(And why are you expecting a 22 year-old program to work perfectly?)

Did you de-authorize the programs on your old computer? If you used up your allowed number of authorizations, then you can't authorize more.
