What is the time signature? Is it single staff, or two staves? It would help if we could see the document. You can't post a finale doc here, but you could put it in DropBox, and post the link.

Are they both Finale files? Open them both, and adjust window sizes so you can see them both.

When you go to Edit menu > Clear Selected Items…, first select NONE, and then check the box for MIDI Data:Tempo Changes

My first suggestion would be that you write the song out three times. Having 6 lyric lines (3 of which are solely for pronunciation) is just asking for trouble.
