I've just discovered that after-touch can control the vibrato in some synths.

I wonder if I can do anything with the Garritan libraries by using after-touch?

Yes, some of the 'solo' wind and brass instruments in JABB3 use it to add vibrato. 

 

I can't remember if any other Garritan Libraries have instruments that can use it.  Possibly some of the solo winds or brass have it.

 

Cubase is my main DAW and it supports adjusting aftertouch control in automation lanes or in MIDI editors.  I'm pretty sure I've used it with Sibelius too (or an alternate CC message is also supported in ARIA for adding vibrato).
