Dynamics dialogue box error

Please, I need some help.

Everytime, when I try to use dynamics dialogue box, Finale crash. The only message I get is ''Finale found an error and will shut down''.

I can use the shortcuts for Dynamics, like hold a number and click with the 'mouse', but if I need to edit something in this dialogue box, this message appear and Finale close.

Any ideas?

Hello Fernando,

If you Reset Preferences with these steps does it continue?

1. Save all of your work and get ready to exit the program.
2. Choose Edit > Preferences (Windows) or Finale > Preferences (Mac).
3. Click the Reset All Preferences button at the bottom of the preferences window.
4. When prompted with a message asking if you are sure you would like to continue, choose Yes.
5. Once the program has closed, restart your computer.
6. Relaunch Finale.

If this doesn't fix it you'll want to contact our support team at makemusic.zendesk.com, and start a ticket.

Thanks for the support.

I tried something diferent. I used the Restoration system of Windows, and chose a recent date, when Windows made some update. And works fine.

If I have this issue again, I'll try reset preferences on Finale.
