You cannot download Finale 2011—only the updaters. Downloading the full app began with 2012. If you have the CD, that is great. If not, you need the disk image from someone with the CD. Look for the updaters online.

Installation from the CD does not affect the License Manager. You can manage your license by logging into your MakeMusic account and clicking on Manage Authorizations.

Finale 2011 does not work in later MacOS but you it might get it working in Windows. Good Luck!

I lost my finale 2011 disc during a move. I would like to upgrade to current version, or reinstall version 2011 if possible. But have changed my email and can't get the system to accept my request. I had several versions of finale in the past. Current email: jim.winfield1942@gmail.com. My old email with finale was jimargie@comcast.net. Jim Winfield. 

If you want to upgrade, contact customer support. I'm sure they'd be happy to talk about selling you something.

MakeMusic does not make 2011 available for download. You need a disk or a disk image. Your license info is in your MakeMusic User account as is the Manage Authorizations button if you need to release a previous authorization. Mine went into a box when I remodeled my office last year or I’d volunteer to upload the image to a Dropbox or GoogleDrive account.

If on a Mac, 2011 will not authorize over Yosemite or later. If installed on an earlier OS and that OS updated, it has “issues” over Sierra and does not work at all over High Sierra and later. I can’t speak about Windows compatibility as I don’t have it on my PC.

You can upgrade from within your MakeMusic user account or through many resellers.
