I cannot install finale 2008 on our server 2012 R2 machine. The instructions say: 

Run the InstallSLMService.exe utility to install the Site License Monitor service into the Windows Service Manager. Key in:
InstallSLMService.exe "C:\SiteLicenseMonitor\slm_service.exe"

--I've tried keying in the line under the command prompt but it gives me an error: "InstallSLMService.exe" is not recognized as an internal or external command.  I've also tried double clicking the actual InstallSLMService.exe file and nothing happens. the MakeMusic service is supposed to at least appear in Windows Services. Please help
