Tempo tool missing from v25

v14.5 for Mac has a Tempo tool in the primary menu (and pull-downs). Why is it missing in v25?

The Tempo Tool functionality is now found in the MIDI Tool.

Can't answer why—someone from MM would have to do that.

I need it! I wondered why the FINALE 25 doesn't have it>>I can't get "Tempo" under MIDI Tool to do anything.

An I can't get the "Expression" to change any of the existing tempos... I need 80.. all I see is 120 (Allegro), 104(?) , 40
