If your school has a master license for Finale, that may be an issue for your institution's license administrator. If not, it's a question that should be sent directly to MakeMusic through the Submit a Request link at the top of the page. Other users such as myself are going to be unable to help.

Sometimes, basic downloading issues can be resolved using a different browser and disabling antivirus or firewall temporarily. The MM site doesn't always like the Chrome browser for downloads and updates but FireFox seems to behave. This does not answer your license question, of course.

You are welcome to download the installer using any other computer, place it on a flash drive, and then install Finale on your personal computer(s).

Since the license you have purchased is a single-user license you are allowed to install the software on computers for personal use. You can authorize Finale for use on up to two computer(s) at a time. You will be prompted to authorize when first launching the program.

One more quick note: For your security, please avoid posting personal information (serial numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, etc.) to the public forum. I have edited your original post to remove that information.
