You can create expressions to switch the MIDI channel back and forth to trigger different sounds in Aria or another sample player. Then you hide the expressions. As you can tell by contemplating the example above, this is going to be a massive, brute-force, method; but AFAIK it is the simplest approach short of using layers in another track and hiding the "sound track" while using the written track only for notation.
