At the moment, there is a major internet problem affecting many business platforms. That should not have affected you on Feb. 25, however.
One of the following generally works:
Use a different browser than Chrome to create (or log into) your account and start downloading. FireFox, IE and Safari all work.
Temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus software.

To add to what Mike said there was a problem with a service provider that affected download capabilities of many companies yesterday. That has since been resolved. You can log into your MakeMusic account here to download the software. If you are still having issues, our Customer Success team can help out. Use the Submit a request link above to contact them if you still cannot download the software after logging into your MakeMusic account or if you have troubles logging in.
