You are going to have to give us more information than that. And please stop typing in all caps.

If you have Finale on both machines (Mac or Windows) you need to put the .musx file on a thumb drive (or use a network) to transfer the file from one machine to another, and then you open it in Finale. There shoud be no siginificant complications unless one machine contains Aria (or other VST) instruments not available on the other, in which case the second copy of Finale will allow you to Reassign Sounds.

If you are trying to move a Finale program from one machine to another, be sure to Deauthorize it (Help menu) on the first before authorizing it on the second. The program can exist on both machines (and full Finale allows two authorizations).
