Hi Folks,

Finale 25, Windows 10 (It would be marvelous to have a 'signature' function to expedite this.)

Curious if others are experiencing this. When I hit the "home" button on the playback controls (playback from current counter setting is on), it will not go back to the first measure unless I first go to the end of the score. Two clicks to get home, not bad Dorothy, but I do believe this is a bug.

Actually you CAN have a ‘signature’ - sort of:

Add the info to your profile.

Then the info will be displayed when anybody clicks on your forum user name.

 

Click on my user name, and you will see what I mean.

Pull down the  menu under your own name in the stripe at the top of the screen to reach the profile option. And although the screen may claim at the top that profile fields are pre-set, you can find a field at the bottom of the profile screen where you can add information.

Using Finale on Mac.  Playback won't go back to beginning and jams up any other procudures.

Open the Finale document.

Window menu > Playback Controls (select) - Now the window Playback Controls should show.

In the Playback Controls window, in the lower left corner, click the ‘v’ icon - to expand the Playback Controls window.

In the pane Playback Region, what does it say?
