Use 3 staves: a single staff and a Grand Staff (= two staves) Use the Staff Tool to hide staves where they are not used.

Ian Swedlund, By The Way: In your example the first sixteenth grace note was notated as a ‘c’. I suspect that it should be ‘c♯’ - as shown in my attached graphic.
