Using finale PrintMusic on Windows

 

I need to set a time signature to 2/8. The lowest I can set it for on the set up wizard is 3/8. How can I get it to become 2/8?

I do not know PrintMusic, but in the “full Finale” it can de done via the Time Signature Tool.

I'm working with Finale Song Writer 2012r3 on a Mac Sierra,  I'm having trouble writing music in 2/4 time.  When I go to the time signature option and select 2/4, the cut time symbol appears on the staff which consequently allocates 4 in stead of 2 beats to the measures.
