Operating system Mac OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.6

Finale 2011

 

Under staff style I do not have Force hide staff option either for Cutaway or Collapse. How can I access either of these two options?

Try loading the "staff styles" library (one of your "default libraries") if you have it in your F2011 installation..
