I recently purchased the upgrade from Finale 2014 to Finale 25 (the download version, without the media kit).  I am running Windows 10.  When I click on the link to download the installer, nothing downloads.  I have the same results whether I use the link from my welcome email or the software-download link from my MakeMusic account.  Once the web page opens, the download neither starts automatically nor does the gray "Download" button at the bottom of the page respond.  My browser reacts as if it is refreshing the page or trying to go to a new page with no success.  Firefox and Internet Explorer both will keep trying to load until I close the window.  Chrome will give me a "session timed out" message very quickly.  I have tried to download on at least three different networks with the same results.  I would like to avoid buying the media kit if possible... Any suggestions?
