I've installed the new version (v25) updating from Finale 2014 and now I don't have the drop-down menu Plug-ins...

I've searched in the folder make music/Finale and there is no Plug-ins folder like in my older Finale 2014 and,this is very interesting, I can't choose the level of zoom with short cut Command 1, 2 and 3 and this is more interesting when I click to my help menu there is no manual!!!

Not a big problem for manual and level of zoom, but I want my plug-ins menu...

I have a Macbook Pro with Os Sierra 10.12 and I use the italian version

I suggest you re-install. If you used the Chrome browser last time, try a different one for the download this time.

I have the same problem - no Plug-ins menu in Finale 25. I've re-installed (including the latest update), but no joy. The Plug-ins folder is present, however. I'm on an Asus desktop running Win 7.

I don't know where the Plug Ins Folder is or how to put a new Plug in in the folder. Thanks for the help.

Since you haven't told us what computer Operating System you are using, we don't know where the folder is either!
