If I change the installation path of ARIA Player, how would I update this in Finale so it can detect ARIA?

The normal method is to copy the path you have currently and put it in a text file. Now edit the path so that it points to the right location the same way the old one did.

The reason you made a copy is so that you can refer to it as needed or restore if it just won't behave.

Which text file are you referring to, good sir ? And how does an arbitary text file relate to Finale?

Perhaps you have misunderstood something. My ARIA is currently installed on an external drive and it works with Finale perfectly. Say I want to move ARIA Player to my local drive (program files). I doubt Finale will automatically just detect it, since I will be copying and pasting the ARIA folder (there's no exclusive installer)

You don't understand. Find the current path. Copy it to a text file so that you can reference it. You are going to edit that path to point to the new location.

Experienced Windows users do not do this because they know how to do it. That you don't led me to give the instructions I did.

It sounds like you want me to re-direct something? But I don't know about this method. How do I 'edit the path'? Isn't there a way to configure this in Finale? Like, how is it that Finale knew where my current ARIA is installed when it's on an external
