I have composed a piece for Bass Clef and Orchestra.  As it stands, the original score, the bass clef instrument is a Trombone.  I would like to create another score for Bb bass cleff instruments.  I can change the Trombone to Euphonium, however, Finale thinks it's a C instrument.  The Euphonium is a Bb.  When I go to transpose the part to Bb, it changes the entire score.  How can I change only the Trombone part to a Bb Euphonium?  I have read the instructions, tutorials posted and cannot get it to work for me!  I am on a MAC Sierra 10.12.4

Thanks..

Use the Score Manager to reset the transposition of the instrument. Also make sure that Display In Concert Pitch is not checked in the Documents menu.

Wikipedia says "Outside of Brass Bands (in the British tradition where the instrument plays in Bb and in treble clef) the euphonium is a non-transposing instrument"

If you want the British/transposed instrument, Choose Baritone T.C. (TC = Treble Clef) in Score Manager, and the program will set up the transposition for you. You can always change the Name of the instrument in the Score Manager.
