Hi Virginia,

Thanks for posting!

Are you still having troubles authorizing PrintMusic 2010? If so, I'm curious what error you are getting when you try to authorize?

As a side note, I have edited your original post to remove personal information. For your security, please avoid posting personal information on this forum.

Please let us know about that error if you are still having trouble!

Once again, the Mac OS is important. Finale 2011 and older will not install in Sierra and I am not certain about El Capitán. I would be surprised if 2010 behaved differently. Even if installed and activated, there's a good chance that it won't work though there's no harm in trying.

If you were able to install or used Migration Assistant to pull it over, you need to use the Submit a request link at the top of the page to have MM reset your authorization. If you still have access to your old Mac, you can connect to the internet and deactivate that license yourself. PrintMusic only allows one installation. The full version of Finale allows two for a single user.
