Hi,

I am playing Finale trough my external Keyboard ( Yamaha PSR-A3000) which as a joystick. One of the sound is programed so that if the the joy stick is bent up, it plays tremolo. 

How can I add this to my articulation tool. In other words, when I type /// (tremolo) of a note, it plays tremolo on my keyboard.

Presumably your kbd joystick has a CC#. You need to find out from your kbd manual what that is and what values activate it so you can incorporate an expression or tweak HP to manipulate the joystick values.
