 My hard drive recently crashed but I had everything backed up. After getting a new drive I have reinstalled everything. I am using a MIDIsport 2x2 to use a MIDI keyboard to input into my computer suing Finale. It has worked flawlessly for years but now does not. I reinstalled the driver on the new drive. Now when I play the keyboard I get a green light on the 2x2. Finale has an autosearch function that recognizes the IAC Driver. But no sound and no notes when I enter from the keyboard. Any suggestions? running Mac OS 10.6.8

I recently changed computers and recalled my subscription to load Finale onto it.  I have done so and see the normal page used to write/compose.  However, none of the icons allow me to take an action.....they are inert.  What can I do to correct this?

John, we would need to know your computer Operating System and version as well as which version of Finale you are using in order to advise you properly.
