I have four staves; one for each voice in a chorus; Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass.  I want them to print as a group, four staves together as a piano part prints as a group, two staves together.  How is this done?

If I understand you correctly, there are four vocal staves in the score, right?

And you need a “vocal score” with just those four staves (= no instrumental staves), right?

I would create a new, linked part, and add the four vocal staves to the new part.

You can add a staff group (with staff group bracket and barlines through the four staves) to the new part.

Michael, if you are trying to do what I think you are, try this.

I realize the Altos don't exactly end up in a realistic situation either for the singers or the reduction. But the process is solid.

(Incidentally, regarding your first two posts: you can pull down the Post Options at the bottom of your posts to edit them; that way you can add to an incomplete post without double posting. Just thought you might find that helpful in the future.)
