Windows 10, Finale 25, whatever version of Aria player comes with that. I would like to permanently disable (i.e. turn OFF) the "Ambience" feature in Aria Player and make it stay off forever. How do I do that? Right now, every time I create a new score in Finale, when I play back the score through VST, the annoying reverb is present until I go back in to Aria settings and turn the Ambience feature off. There must be a way to turn it off for good, i.e. as a default setting. Please...anyone?

Thanks.

I was about to suggest making some score templates with your favorite ARIA Settings, but I'm getting some strange stuff in v25 that I never got before as well.

I can't seem to toggle effects on/off when hosting ARIA in Finale v25.  I click over the toggle icons and they do nothing.

I can toggle this in every other host I have.  I.E.  In Sibelius I can set-up my favorite defaults for ARIA, and it keeps them as a VST FBX file that's associated with my overall 'playback' setup.  With Dorico, Cubase, etc...like Finale, I have to either keep a 'starting template' project, build various 'VST Track Presets', or take advantage of ARIA's ability to quickly load in an 'ensemble preset'.

I've been running lots of junk, so I'm going to try a reboot, delete the plogue engine folder so Finale can recache all the plugins, etc, and see if that clears things up....if so I'll follow up.
