Windows 10. Finale 25 latest.

I am trying to enter a pattern of four tuplets to a bar. Each tuplet must contain 6 16th notes in the space of one quarter note.Finale allows me to enter these specifications, and I can enter the first three groups without any problems. I encounter a problem when entering the last group of six. Finale will only allow me five 16th notes, not six, although I have specified the values correctly. Does anyone know how to make this happen? Is this a bug?

I have found a rather clumsy workaround: if I change the time signature to 5/4 I can enter all the notes and then change it back to 4/4 without triggering an error. But this should not be necessary.

It isn't. (Although, it's a perfectly legitimate workaround.)
