Is there a command or setting that will make Finale break a sustained note that goes over the middle of  a bar into two notes, in order to always show where the middle of the bar is with a note or rest?  For example, in 4/4 time, a quarter note that starts on beat 2-1/2 and is sustained until beat 3-1/2.  I'd like it to show (automatically) as two eighth notes tied together - even if it is input or scanned as a quarter note - so that a written note or rest always demarcates beat 3.
