Static, distortion on exported audio file

Hi everyone,

I've been experiencing noisy playback on audio files exported from my Finale document. I've done this many times in the past and have always had positive, clear results. No idea why it's happening now.

Do you expereince the same distortion when playing within Finale? If so, may need to adjust (increase) the audio buffer in MIDI/Audio > Devuice Setup > Audio.

This is good advice J ADRIAN VERKOUTEREN, I use a small buffer when entering music to keep the response of the piano keyboard quick, and then turn to 4048 when bouncing.

Mark - do you have any 3rd Party plugins? This is a huge issue with me since I use Vienna, Kontakt and Ivory sound as well as ARIA. Each of these has some more specific things to adjust I might be able to help with.

Good morning Mark. three questions for you

- are you using a mac or PC?

- do you have Vienna Ensemble Pro

- do you use a 2nd computer as a server?

Mac Pro El Capitan 10.11.6 (2X2.26 Ghz Quad-core Intel Xeon)

Yes, I'm running Vienna Ensemble Pro (sometimes placing an Ivory piano on the stage)

I do not use a second computer :)

Well, the folks at Vienna said there should have been an update to Finale software in the v.2012 to put a stop to the issue. But i'm in 2014.5 and it's definitely an issue. They said it's out of their hands and it's a Finale issue. So, John, if you have some suggestions, I am ready and eager to try them out. Thanks so much!

No sé cuantas personas aqui hablan Español bien y conocen bien Finale. Possiblemente los que trabajan a Makemusic puedan hacer mejor. Trate el "Submit a request" enlace a la parte mas alto de este pajina.
