I am using Finale 2012 on a Mac with OS Maverick 10.9.5. I've created a quintet ensemble which I need to upload as a single pdf file to an online sheet music seller. The problem is as follows:  After extracting the various instrumental parts, proof reading and editing the extracted parts, which includes adding measure numbers to all measures, I then combine all parts into a single file by using the File Merge tool. So the score, along with five separate instrumental parts, are combined and then converted to a pdf format for uploading. Unfortunately, although the score and parts are very readable, the measure numbers are deleted on all parts except for the main score. I've checked the file merge drop down menu for ways to stop this from happening but no luck. Has anyone encountered this problem? Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug in the program?
